As an employer, you would need the following information to register:
- Group Number
- Group Name
- Physical Zip Code
- Contact First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Employer Registration Code (can be found on your monthly billing statement)
Please note that more than one user can register as an employer user for the
same group. This provides additional flexibility for groups with more
than one administrator to have different logins.
