  Online Services for Employers

The following is the list of services available to an employer after registration:
  • Use online enrollment to manage your enrollment and members information updates
  • Access group related information such as:
    • View Group premium and billing statements for the past 12 months
    • View Group coverage information and print your schedule of benefit
  • Access member related information such as:
    • View member eligibility information
    • View or print member benefits information
    • Pequest ID cards to be mailed
The following services are available to employers even without registration and login:
  • Find a dentist based on distance or name
  • Online forms for employers and employees
Please note that more than one user can register as an employer user for the same group. This provides additional flexibility for groups with more than one administrator to have different logins.
