Premier Access Insurance Company (Premier) was founded in 1998 with the clear and singular goal of providing quality dental coverage.

As a standard practice, we utilize the experience and knowledge of employees with many years of clinical dentistry to help ensure that members receive appropriate dental treatments.

Premier has established a network of contracting providers (Participating Provider Organizations or PPO). PPO providers agree to deliver services under a fee for service arrangement to members based on certain levels of discounts from their standard billing amounts. Currently, Premier has over 10,000 Network dentists in California and tens of thousands of additional dental provider locations throughout the United States.

Premier has a track record of making long-term investment decisions in its businesses. Premier has always committed its resources to position itself better in the future, without concerns about short term financial impacts. We believe that is the right way of doing business allowing us to invest our time and resources to get the “job done well”.
